Services and Reproduction Fees

General Information:

The Archives does not charge for reference requests about collections held at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Information about the MSU Archives and other repositories is also available for no charge.
The Archives provides an OPTIONAL fee-based research service for its collections.
Delivery via postal mail, email or a cloud service is included as appropriate.
Additional fees may apply.

Copies	$10 service charge/order plus $.25/page	Includes: photocopies or scans.
Katonian (Yearbooks)	$10/yearbook	Call for available years.

Minnesota Historical Society (MHS) Scrapbook Collection Requests	$15/article	MHS Scrapbook Index
Photo Reproduction Fee	$10 service charge/order plus $.25/photograph	Contact us about delivery options.
Research Fees	$30/half hour	Contact us for a quote.
Theses/Alternate Plan Paper Copies	$10 service charge/order plus $.25/page	This service is ONLY available to the author of the original Theses/APP. Everyone is encouraged to request Theses/APP from their local library via Interlibrary Loan (usually a free service.)
Transmittal via CD/DVD	$5/CD/DVD	This is only charged if a physical CD/DVD is needed to provide copies/duplications.

Please contact the Archives for a quote before submitting orders. Mankato Free Press Obituary Requests may be submitted directly with the appropriate form.

We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards.
